Terms & Conditions Policy

(Please read carefully before booking and signing our agreement)



1. Payment & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit for the chosen package is required to secure your booking. Deposits may be paid via Zelle or CashApp. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. If using (Buy now, Pay later) Payment must be sent in full without a deposit

2. Pay in 4 Payment Plan

We will be offering buy and pay later, including  (Zip, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm) to make it more affordable for everyone. Once invoice is made it is clients responsibility to make their payments. (Deposit not available, Full payment required)

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your photoshoot date. Your deposit will be applied torwards the photography session. If using (Buy now, Pay later) and is paid in full a Credit will be applied towards the photography session or a gift card.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 5 days prior to your scheduled date. With the proper notice, your deposit may be applied towards your rescheduled date, subject to availability.

If you cancel or reschedule your session less than 5 days notice or without notice, a cancellation fee of $45 will be applied, and the deposit will be forfeited. If the Client fails to attend the scheduled session without notice, all payments made will be forfeited.

4. Travel & Late/Overtime Policy

Clients must arrive on time for their session. Late arrival will result in a reduction of shooting time.

• A late arrival exceeding 10 minutes will be charged a $25 late fee. Arrivals exceeding more than 20 minutes will result in cancellation and require rescheduling, subject to availability and applicable fees.
• As overtime fee of $20/hour shall be changed if the Services exceeds the allotted timeframe due to factors beyond the Photographer's control. A delay fee of S15 shall be changed every 20 minutes if the Client isn't ready or is late for their photoshoot appointment.

Client shall be responsible for any additional fees or expenses beyond the original services outlined in this contract. Travel within Willacy County, TX will be free of charge. Any location beyond that will be charged $25 due to gas price increasing for a two-way trip. If the session requires special permits or fees for the photography at the chosen location, the Client is responsible for obtaining and covering these costs. If an additional Photographer or assistant is required, a fee of $75 per hour shall be charged.

5. Fur baby Policy

Safety First: 2B Photography prioritizes fur babies safety at all times.

• Session: Fur baby sessions are scheduled for up to 1 hour depending on package. Please allow for Potty break, feeding, and outfit changing as needed. Additional time may be charged if time goes over.
• Pet owner responsibilities:  pet parents must remain present in the studio/area for the entire session and is responsible for their pet  if any unexpected potty accidents,  Parents may be asked to assist with positioning or soothing the fur baby. No specific pose or outcome is guaranteed.

Health & Illness: Clients must inform 2B Photography if the fur baby has been recently ill, has any medical conditions, or if anyone attending the session has been exposed to a contagious illness. The photographer reserves the right to reschedule in the interest of health and safety.

6. CLIENT AFFIRMATION

The client affirms they have full rights and permissions for all individuals to be photographed and that nothing will restrict 2B Photography from using images for promotional purposes as outlined in this agreement.

7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

2B Photography NOT responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by the client or any individuals accompanying them during the session, on or off the premises. In no event shall 2B Photography's total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided. 2B Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, lost profits, or reputational harm.

8. Ready/Selections Images

Selected Edit images will be complete within (1-2) weeks from the date of the photo session. Best Image selection must be completed within 1 week of notification. After 1 week, if selection is not made, 2B Photography will select the images for editing and be submitted to clients gallery.

9. Copyright/Ownership & Watermark Policy

All images will be copyright protected and contain a visible watermark. Removing, cropping, blurring, or altering the watermark without written permission is strictly prohibited. If a client is found to have removed or altered a watermark:

• All rights to the images are revoked.
• No refunds will be issued.
• Access to the gallery will be permanently revoked unless the client purchases the unedited gallery for $100.

2B Photography reserves the right to pursue legal action for unauthorized use or distribution. All images, whether edited or unedited, remain the sole property of  2B Photography are protected by copyright law.

10. Uncontrollable Weather/ Service Outcome

• 2B Photography shall not be held liable for any weather delay is beyond our control, disasters, equipment failure, illness, or accidents. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled without additional cost.
• While 2B Photography, strives to produce high-quality work, no specific outcome, number of images, or poses is guaranteed. Final results depend on various factors, including but not limited to client cooperation, environmental conditions, and time constraints.

12. Model Release

By participating in a session, the client grants 2B Photography permission to photograph and use their likeness, and that of any minors in their care, for promotional purposes in any format, without further compensation, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

13. Privacy,Data, Protection & Image usage

2B Photography values your privacy and will only collect personal information necessary to provide services, process payments, and communicate with you regarding your booking. Your information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
